Arts in Medicine: Located in the Moffitt Clinic Building on the 3rd floor (Gold Valet) 813-745-8407 Offers patients and families creative experiences in Shibashi (healing movements), music, the visual arts and much more. The Open Art Studio held several times a week offers an opportunity of creative expression. As an inpatient, you can request an artist (music, visual, etc.) to visit you bedside. Musicians can be requested to play at end of life. They will email a weekly schedule.	Oncology Social Workers: 813-745-8407 They are available to listen to any cancer related issues you may be dealing with.	Patient Education Resource Center (PERC): Located in the Moffitt Clinic Building on the 2nd floor (Gold Valet) 813-745-4710 Resources include pamphlets, booklets, and Internet access for medical information. Also, available is the Oncology Interactive Educational Series (OIES)- an award winning cancer education software program. Many more resources are listed on a brochure entitled “Supporting You is Important to Us”. Your Doctor’s office or PERC should have one. The services listed are free. Others may charge
